We sure did get a lot of smiles!

You may not see a lot of me lately, but I was happy to get the chance to head to Wheeler Farm today and take pictures of this cute family. I quickly learned that this little guy was pretending to be shy as mom and dad told me his a little smiler at home! We tried a lion, Big Bird, Elmo, tickles, singing and more to get him to laugh, but he wanted nothing to do with it…or DID HE?! Check out how adorable he is in these pictures. Those baby blues…sweet cuddles with dad…fun swinging…

This little one is so sweet! While my husband worked on his motorcycle and help a long time friend fix some stuff at his house, I got the chance to spend a little time taking pictures of this beauty! It was low key and she gave us just a short period of time, but I just want to squeeze her! What a sweetheart!

Oh my gosh, I had so much fun with these guys! This gorgeous momma and I knew each other WAY back in Jr High when she had big blond curly hair and it was SO great to see her again after so many years! We seriously had a blast and the kids were troopers. Thanks for getting a hold of me S, I now want to get together again!

This is Dave, my former brother in law who is now engaged to my cousin in law (don’t ask LOL). Their adorable families make up this one beautiful family! So you know how we like to get that “one” family picture every year that shows how our family is growing so we can compare it to “last years” photo and update our walls with the new one?! Well, I like to anyways LOL and I thought I’d offer to do mini sessions for my close friends/family who wanted to get that “one” picture. So last week I did 7 mini sessions! This is part 1!! It was a lot of fun, but boy were my feet and neck hurting by the end of the night. Does that mean I’m getting old or just out of shape?!

It’s been a while hasn’t it? Last weekend I was able to spend two days shooting and I had forgotten how much I like it! Sunday, I met this cute family we had our session up Provo canyon were it’s gorgeous with color! We were a little nervous because the weather had been yucky, but it ended up working out just great and we had a fun time!

Wow, so after a pretty long break from photography, I’m BACK! Last year in 2010, I decided to raise my prices because with kids at home, I didn’t have time to do so much work, so my thought was…I’d raise my prices up and only take the work I wanted to. Well…ha ha…that didn’t work! Not in Utah’s market! So with a lot of though, I lowered my prices and am now back taking sessions and can’t wait to get started again!
