Where can I find my downloads?

Your downloads are in your account area. If you do not have an account with Melissa Davis Designs and place an order via paypal, then a temp password will be sent to that email so you can log in. From there, you can find your orders and downloads in your “My Account” section.

Why is my coupon code not working when I enter it at Paypal checkout?

When you check out, you will be brought to a paypal page to login or to use your credit card info. After you do that and hit “continue” you will be brought back to Melissa Davis Deisngs for the rest of your check out. That is where you will enter in coupon codes and gift certificate amounts.
